Job Role: MIS ANALYST With 3-6 Years Exp
Job Summary:
In this role, the MIS Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing a wide range of information, data and statistics. The results of the analysis will be used extensively by the management teams. The Analyst will be expectedto maintain highly complex data, insightfully and accurately evaluate the data and communicate the data in both reports and directly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Extract and process source data from different systems, ensure the quality of acquired data, and generate information delivered in different reporting formats including PeopleSoft, Microsoft SharePoint, XL spreadsheets and Access reports.
• Timely and accurately generate and distribute daily and weekly performance dashboards, periodic data analysis to identify root cause and other reports as requested.
• Post and update reports and documents on Microsoft SharePoint site, administer user access rights, facilitate report users in accessing and locating information on the sites.
• Create and Maintain Access databases as requested.
Required Skills:
• Excellent with Excel, Access, SQL, & PeopleSoft Reporting
• Good understanding of Relational Databases
• Advanced level of SQL knowledge
Knowledge of SharePoint & Crystal Reports.
Create PeopleSoft reports and queries to support business reporting needs
Good communication skills
Experience in collecting and processing data and conducting analysis, ideally for management and decision-making processes.
Experience in interacting and communicating with staff across functional areas and at different organizational levels to resolve issues.
Comfortable with quantitative data analysis.
Very attentive to details, service-oriented, strong sense of impact of information quality on businessdecisions.
Ready to work in Night Shifts
Needs to be able to understand the business needs and convert those needs into solutions on their
own by using lateral resources and the Internet. The candidate must be very conscientious.
