Job Summary:
Salary: 1.8Lac/annum.
Probation Period: 3 Months
Job Description:
· Responsible for all the tasks given by the respective Branch Manager. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing/Sales Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the market area.
· Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Responsibilities:
· Client Acquisition, for online Trading Portals, Investment Planning or financial Planning.
· Should coordinate with reporting manager in terms of targets and details of clients.
· Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with potential clients.
* Maximizes all opportunities in the process.
* Responsible for sourcing and developing relationships and referrals.
* Maintains accurate records.
* Relationship management – ensuring the brand experience across all touch points during the entire activity.
* Should maintain a strong professional relationship with the clients to drive the customer experience.
* Effectively handle the Lead MIS, generate reports on request from the Management.
