Job Description:

• Interacting with global, primarily US based customers.
• Assisting customer with support & sales related tasks.
• Providing a high level of customer & sales support.
• Work across US based timings (Night Shifts).
• Maintaining high level of calls & emails.
• Managing inbound & outbound calls to existing & new customers.
• Should be proficient in word, excel and powerpoint.

Desired Profile:

• People without domestic dialect are preferred.
• Proficiency in US,UK, Canadian or AUS accent will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Candidates willing to work in US shifts (Night Shift).
