Designation Software Engineer - Testing
Extensive Manual testing / API testing would be involved.
The role would be :
To perform the whole product testing over multiple OS platforms independently
To write, execute and review the test cases
To review SOW, FDDs and other relevant testing related documents
Desired Profile
He/She should have :
Aleast 2 years of experience in Manual Testing ( preferably product based ).
-Exposure in API testing using either C or Java is must.
-Experience working in Agile process, Scrum method
-Individual contributor, able to quickly grasp the complex test modules & execute with least assistance from the lead w.r.t technical queries.
-Able to effectively review SOW, FDDs and other relevant testing related documents and provide value able feedback.
-Ability to estimate the testing modules for self, and take on the challenges to meet the deadlines.
- Good knowledge of various flavors of Operating Systems – Windows (Win 98, Win NT, Win 2000, Win XP) and Linux
-Well versed with SDLC(testing deliverables like reports/test case writing) ,Manual testing efforts
