Candidate Profile:
College Graduates (any stream) – Fresher or Experienced ‘or’ High school pass with minimum 1 year of experience in an international call center
Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
Knowledge of basic computer operations.
Ability to learn.
Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
Good listening and responding skills.
Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
Should be open to work in any shift timing – night shifts or any other rotational work shifts (early morning/late evening)
Should not be pursuing any regular course/educational program which may conflict with the work timings
