Job Role: Associate Job Summary :
· Should be bi-lingual . A good translator as this role would be to translate English into French and process French tasks.
· French associate having good translation experience from English to French and process French tasks
· Typing speed of 30-35 WPM
· Strong attention to detail excellent interpersonal & client relationship skills; candidate must feel confident in dealing with Clients and management at all levels of seniority by phone and email
· Must be flexible and able to work in shifts.
· Must be willing to sign service agreement as per iGATE policy.
· Good Experience in MS office applications (PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
· French associates for BPO Insurance process
