Job Description:

- Any Graduate (Except BE, B. Tech, MCA, MCM, MBA)

- 0 to 2 years of experience in any BPO/Non BPO Industry

- Semi-technical experience will be preferred


Skill Set:

- Excellent communication skills in English - both spoken and written & good presentation skills

- Good knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure Technologies.

- Acting as Single Point of Contact for customers for either reporting trouble or providing updates on existing Trouble Tickets

- Must be willing and able to work various shifts as assigned (such as nights, weekends and statutory holidays), based on business needs

- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and situations, take appropriate action, implement solutions or escalate as required

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaboratively with other departments

- Ability to review and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate client options/solutions

- Ability to manage a demanding workload


Mandatory:


- Should be open to working in shifts (including night shifts) & 24*7 working environment.
