- Responsible for answering calls /placing customer service emails and abide by the prescribed norms(no customer avoidance)

- Maintain high level of technical expertise, soft-skills and
- phone etiquette skills.
- Stick to the provided script wherever applicable .
- Dispatch escalated issues as appropriate.
