Job Description:


- The candidate will be working in an inbound technical voice process Support for IT Infrastructure Client.

- Troubleshoot & resolve issues related to Windows Hardware, Printers, Enterprise Applications like Outlook, VPN, Blackberry

- This would be call taking profile and resources must be ready to take inbound calls and provide client technical help desk support.

Desired Profile:


- Must have at least 6 months - 3 years of experience in a Technical call center / ISP Help Desk / Technical Help Desk.

- Willing to work in an inbound technical voice process

- Basic computing skills

- Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred

- Any Graduate - (All Full time & above 50% throughout) & Diploma (10+2+3)
