iGATE Global Solutions Walk-in/ Recruitment Drive For Freshers As Trainee Associate From 18th Feb to 22nd Feb 2013.


- Human Resource Operations for BPO On boarding / Exit formalities

- Training management and related activities like.. coordinating with Vendors

- Benefits administration

- Help-desk activities

- Visa process coordination

- Insurance activities etc.


Desired Profile:


- Good Communication (written and verbal) and Comprehension skills in English

- Typing speed of 25-35 WPM

- Minimum of 50% in Graduation, XIIth, Xth All Regular

- Candidates should not have any gaps in education.

- Any Graduates Not BE/B.tech/MCA/

- Candidates should have secured minimum 50% in their graduation, XII, X (All Full time)

- Selected candidates must be willing to sign an employment Agreement of one years as per the company policy

- Candidates should not have any gaps in education .
