Job Description:
- Resolving customer queries on products and services.
- Understanding the product and explaining the usage of the same
- Conducting a root cause & analysis (RCA) on basis of details provided for determining the cause & ascertaining the solution to be provided to the customer.
- Resolving complaints and ascertain via troubleshooting if it can be closed with available facility & empowerment, otherwise Coordinate/forward the applicable solution/request to the concerned department for further action
- Following up with the concerned team for completion or resolution action undertaken
- Close-looping with the customer within specified timelines to confirm implementation of resolution & close the complaint
