Job Description:

--> Identifies process improvement opportunities

--> Executes participant issue resolution and ensures proper documentation and follow-up takes place

--> Executes manual processing with proper documentation and follow-up
Manages inbound/outbound data quality checks
--> Executes year-end processing

--> Identifies potential production defects and submits via defect submission process

--> Provides day to day client and third-party administrator contact for participant processing inquires

Desired Profile:

--> 0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
--> Excellent communication skills

--> Flexible to work in 24X5 environments.

--> Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office)
